Pricing Questions

Yes. For monthly subscriptions, you can upgrade directly from your instance settings in the dashboard. The upgrade takes 2-3 minutes and your data and configuration are preserved. Daily-billed instances cannot change tiers - create a new instance on the desired tier instead.
You top up your Claws balance, and we deduct daily based on your plan's rate. No recurring subscriptions, no surprise charges. We notify you when your balance gets low.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work. All payments are PCI-compliant and handled securely.
Yes. New customers get a free trial with full access to all features of their chosen plan. Your card won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before that.
Your instance gets paused, not deleted. Data, configs, and conversations stay intact. Top up and it picks back up right where you left off.
No EUR setup fees. For daily billing, there's a one-time setup cost in Claws (150 for Budget, 300 for Balanced, 450 for Pro). Monthly subscriptions have no setup cost at all.
